Pak beru v krabi\u010dce na v\u00fdlet nebo do pr\u00e1ce. 450-500 g cukety nastrouh\u00e1m, p\u0159id\u00e1m s\u016fl, 2-3 l\u017e\u00edce chia sem\u00ednek, 100 g ovesn\u00e9 mouky (rozmixovan\u00fdch ovesn\u00fdch vlo\u010dek), 80-100 gram\u016f cizrnov\u00e9 mouky, od oka lah\u016fdkov\u00e9ho dro\u017ed\u00ed (m\u00e1m r\u00e1da hodn\u011b). Jsou variabiln\u00ed a je mo\u017en\u00e9 do nich p\u0159idat dal\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165ovky. V t\u011bchhle je je\u0161t\u011b \u0161pen\u00e1t, hrst bylinek (libe\u010dek, petr\u017eel, major\u00e1nka) a nakr\u00e1jen\u011b marinovan\u00e9 tofu. Do trouby na plech s pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pap\u00edrem na 220 stup\u0148\u016f, pe\u010du asi p\u016fl hodiny, po cca 10-15 minut\u00e1ch obr\u00e1t\u00edm na druhou stranu.
